Dear all,I have recently purchased this system from in Holland and maybe you can help me.
I understood and the systems does show, that this device supports the MASERATI 3200 GT series ( built from 1998-2001).
Alas I have to say that the system cannot connect/communicate with the car.the car has been built between sept 2000- march 2001 and I undersood it has the old ODB 1 protocol but already is equipped with the OBDII connector.
The ECU is Magneti Marelli
Type IAW4CM. C1
I checked the device on another car and it works brilliantly.
So I ask you what can be the problem? The port does work since I was at the Maserati dealer a few weeks ago to clear some faults and it was connected to the original Maserati SD2 tester.
Looking forward to your help urgently.

It doesn't support OBD1, even from 16 pin OBD2 style connector, but possibly might with some other modules . Only OBD2 ECM communication 96 and up.
Hmmm, I might be wrong, but I thought I read that support mentioned that the regular cabled MS906 did not contain coverage or at least software update support for 2 premium car makes of Maserati and Bentley? I know I see Bentley coverage on my old DS 708 but don't see Maserati listed.
